The company does not provide legal representation, legal opinions, professional accounting services, or other services requiring a professional license. Associations should consult appropriately qualified professionals for legal, tax, accounting, engineering, and other specialized matters.

One Size -Nope

There are no one size fits all for our communities. Each community has to be taken by its own merits and answers found to minimize challenges that come. 

Board members bring their own issues, the community has nearly as many problems as people living there. Finances are almost in limited supply and we need ways to stretch or increase the funds we have available. 

We think outside the box recognizing that there are limits to income and expenditures and try to give ideas that some may not have considered before.
